THE RESPONSIBILITY OF BEING CREATIVE.

Having developed the foundations of Yogasana through many years of practice, we can begin to embark on the adventure of finding new ways to create space in different parts of the body. The mechanical knowledge of the body as well as an accurate tactile perception support creative exploration, transforming the practice into a kind of "playground" (term used by Carrie Owerko) where joviality and joy outline fresh and fun contours and textures to the process. Creativity is essential to life, it requires curiosity, availability, openness and surrender. At the macro level we can see that creativity arises from the desire of the higher consciousness to transcend and evolve. This desire to create is also expressed through us, as fragments and it's extensions. The awareness of this process places us in a place of inner responsibility in the sense of going in search of our dreams, because only then will we be contributing to the greater purpose.
