Biography

The spiritual path has neither a beginning nor an end, but it has been since 2005 that I have been more consciously treading my. The lessons learned in this process are the tools I share with everyone who attends classes. and the therapies.

The most influential and important systems and techniques have been the Iyengar Yoga method, Vipassana meditation and Zen Shiatsu. I regularly attend courses and workshops with some of the best teachers in these areas at both national and international levels.

I try to make all classes and therapies a special moment, so that the student / patient feels inspired, supported and nurtured at the end of each class / session.
